4 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
2 large oranges, peeled
1 small piece fresh ginger (about 2 cm), peeled
½ cup cold water (optional, for blending)
Ice cubes (optional)
Prepare the carrots, oranges, and ginger by peeling and cutting into chunks.
Add all ingredients to a juicer and process until smooth.
If using a blender, add water, blend until smooth, and strain through a fine sieve or nut milk bag.
Pour into glasses, add ice cubes if desired, and serve immediately.
Add half a lemon for extra tanginess.
